Ideas to use up mostly-depleted batteries?
I hate throwing good things away. While a battery may not be strong enough for something like a digital camera, it still has "good" power for lesser applications, like a flashlight or a small fan. I only have so many flashlights and fans, though, and it's not like I use them on a regular basis. Do you have ideas for other ways to use up the rest of the power in batteries (AAA, AA, C, D, and 9v) that aren't strong enough for more demanding devices?
I suggest that you put them up for recycling. Get more information from a battery company as to where you can dispose of it and recycle. One such battery company is
